FAQ

Who can request access to the Data Room?

Access is available to qualified investors, family offices, and institutional partners. All requests are manually reviewed by the BCIHC board before any materials are shared.

How does the access process work?

Submit a request via the contact form. After a preliminary review, you will receive an NDA to sign. Once approved, you get a time-limited link to the secure room. The most sensitive documents (by-laws, EIN, shareholder agreements) are delivered by email only, after explicit board approval.

How long does approval take?

Typically 2–5 business days. You will be notified by email at each step.

How do I propose a deal or partnership?

Use the contact form selecting the "Partnership" category. The Nova team will respond within the same window. For direct investment inquiries, select "Investor Relations".

What is BCIHC and how are pipeline projects selected?

BCIHC is a Delaware C-Corp building and acquiring AI-native businesses. Projects enter the pipeline through internal scouting or curated deal flow and go through stages of assessment, R&D, and structuring before reaching active portfolio status.
