On-Request (Magic Link)

Investors and partners who submit a request via the contact form receive a time-limited magic link by email (valid 7 days). After manual approval by the BCIHC board, they access the portal at /portal — which includes the full team directory and the corporate one-pager.

NDA + Data Room

By explicit invitation only. After signing the BCIHC corporate NDA, the board assigns access to the DocSend secure room for the relevant project — which contains reserved materials (financials, full deck, draft termsheet). The most sensitive documents are delivered by email only, after CFO/Board approval.
